Copied from OoC thread.
After carefully reading all of the guides and subsequent threads, i found myself very confused as to what to put on my profile. Instead of PMing a crew member who probablly gets ten or so questions like this a day, i figured it would be better to put it here so that anyone else who was confused wouldn't have to PM them.
My questions are as follows:
1. It says not to post rank and division before a crew member assigns us to one. However, the profiles ask for details on our ZanpakutÅ. Personally i would rather discover that kind of thing through RP, since that's what i've come here to do and it would be a good chance to get a feel for the guild. What is reccommended?
2. In line with question 1, it also asks for our Shikai and Bankai, even though the latter is reserved for Captains. I'm not too sure about the former because i'm not to sure what constitutes a valid Shikai. Any suggestions?
3. The skill system on the front page doesn't seem to be encorporated into the profiles. Should i put them up there anyway or wait for the ok from the crew?
4. Lastly, Is there any particular line or word count requirement for posting? I normally stick to the "4 Line Minimum" idea, but I've also been known to write well over seven paragraphs. I don't want to write too much or too little as a courtesy to other members. Not to be redundant, but what would you reccommend?

1. The details on the zan are to not cause Godmodding problems later on. It's a good way to get all the abilities out of the way until it comes time to conceive new ones.
2. Write them both out regardless. If you need an idea of a valid Shikai, check other profiles.
3. Put it up once a rank is determined.
4. I'd like to see at least a paragraph, but I myself have made posts that are over 1000 words.
