I was just wondering if anybody knew of any online stores that i can buy my supplies at. I would buy them offline but the only new age store that i Know of is not close cause i would have to go to Tacoma from Auburn, and it's not like its's an hour drive or anything. I would just have to use the bus, and I don' t know how to get to tacoma from Auburn on the bus i'm just learning the route to the mall and up here to the college. any help anybody can give me would be great.
thanks biggrin

I don't shop for things online for a number of reasons (the main one at the moment being a general lack of spending cash) but have you checked around to see if there's a local shop you can buy from? We have a couple in my hometown and usually small buisinesses will order things in for you if you ask.

The thing that makes me want to buy online is that the closest shop is either in Seattle or Tacoma. I live in Federal Way, but i'm just now learning the bus routes up to the Community College that i go to, and The Commons at Federal Way(the mall that was bought by comcast). The only reason that I know those is because it's on the same bus route. If you know somebody who lives in Federal Way, Wa and they know of any shops around that I can buy from and get to easily I would gladly listen. But since we just moved there I don't know where anything is. I have made exceptions though, I learned to make my own candles, and i'm starting to dry my own herbs. It's the tools and stuff like those that I dont' have access to. I do however have access to books because we live right down the street from a Borders and a Barnes & Noble(it's not a good thing when you love books). anyway that's why i was wondering about online stores.

I wish I had a credit card or even old enough to buy these things...(my mom said that if I wanted to chose my religion or spirituality I would have to be old enough ((17, 18 )) ) *sighs* Oh well. I'll just have to wait till Im older I guess.
Ohh on another note about my mom, one day I came home from school because I had have a horrible headache and I was sleeping and I still did not tell her about me and my new, well uh interest and she came up to my room which my altar is RIGHT there, placed on top of my dresser. And she looked at it and all she said was, "Why do you have the good china up here?" and I looked at her and shrugged. "Well, because I-" and then she took it back. I think shes been trying to ask me about it but I've been avoiding her. Also she caught me with her lighter lighting the candles and she thought I was smoking or somthing ((which is bad))!
Sorry me and my ramblings.

Have you thought about making your supplies? You can get herbs from Home Depot or a nursery. You can go to a art supplies store for a large number of things (I recommend Michael's, which is where I got the things to make my wand). You can get books at any Barne's & Nobles. You can use regular bowls and a nice wine glass for tools. Go to a fabric store for an altar cloth. You can easily paint onto stones for runes. Candles aren't hard to find (and theyre not always hard to make). You can make your own statues from clay. And the rest you can find in nature. The only thing you would have to order online or go to the closest New Age store for is stones or oils. You can also try www.witchvox.com to check for closer stores.

I acctually have started making my own supplies. I even made my own pentagram, by using some fo the leftover wax from my candles. It's just hard to do that stuff when your in college...
