They should be based off of RPC compatibility, such as similar elements, similar Shinobi Types, etc. If there is an issue that arises, such as an inactive Leader, or the lack of compatibility, please contact your Hokage, but do not pester them! Each team can be named whatever they wish to be named, but of course must follow the Gaia TOS. Each team must be lead by a Chuunin+
