sooooo apparently, for those who are interested in the latest Kingdom Hearts game (Birth by Sleep), they finally announced yesterday when the release date was going to be for the English version. they originally said sometime summer, so i was really excited and half-hoping i could get it for my birthday.
nope, the official release date is September 7th. dammit i'll be away at school by then. i guess i shouldn't be too angry or annoyed, because at least they finally gave a release date, which i've been waiting for pretty much since the one in Japan came out (January).
they've also announced some of the voice actors. Jesse McCartney as Ven was kind of a given (Ven and Roxas share the same voice actor in Japanese, so it would make sense for them to have the same one in English), Aqua's being voiced by some chick from The O.C., but the best one is...
Master Xehanort voiced by LEONARD NIMOY.
i love you Squeenix. also, Mark Hamill is voicing someone, but we don't know who yet D:
so, KH fans, discuss!
- how hyped you are for this game

Well, if you go by solstice... it technically is still summer by then sweatdrop
I wonder how they got Nimoy to do a voice for that game! O_o
Mark Hamill is working his way into being one of my fav V.A.'s. :3

Kira: i wonder how they got most of the voice actors for the KH series O_o seriously, it's like their main objective when casting voice actors is to hire big-name people in the mainstream culture.
i love Mark Hamill voicing the Joker X3 i can't wait to see who he'll be voicing!
Hisa: my main reason for buying a PSP was to play this game >.< (of course, there were other games i wanted to play, because i think it's silly to buy a console for only one game), so i can kind of feel your pain sweatdrop you never know, by some miracle you might get one!

That's better than the date I saw last I checked: December 31.
I too have no PSP.*joins pity party* I probably won't get one either because 1: I need glasses, 2: my brother's phone bill each month could bloody near pay for one, and God forbid he doesn't have his precious phone. stressed

I that Willa girl does a good job voicing Aqua. She seems like a really great character, and I hate bad voice acting to ruin it for me.
