The idea of this is to get items quickly and easily and for a cheaper price.
Post your items you no longer want or need and people will tell you if they want them and the price they are willing to pay for that item. (You can state the amount of money you want for the item in your post.)
The 1st person to say they want an item WILL GET IT! NO-BODY IS ALLOWED TO TAKE THE MONEY AND NOT GIVE THE ITEM! YOU WILL BANNED AND REPORTED FOR THIS!
If somebody else says they want the item somebody else has reserved within 1 week, the owner of the item can start an auction.
P.S. NO-BODY IS ALLOWED TO POST A PRICE HIGHER THAN THE STORE OR MARKET-PRICE!
