February 10th, 2006. Friday. (Yeah, I time-travel. What's it to ya?)
Ah, Friday. How nice it is to just kick back and relax....not. I got work to do, and so does everyone else.
Woke up at 10:00am, as usual. It's nearing the end of Bright Nights, thank god. I can't stand all the lights there. If I could, I'd declare the mayor officially insane, but I can't, so I won't. Anyways, found a coconut on the beach. I planted it next to my two other coconut trees. That should be about 3000 bells once every three or four days, if it grows. When I talked to Alice, she tried to convince me to tell the mayor that her lights looked good. Too bad, Alice, already got it for Lobo. Anyways, dug up a fossil near Opal's house. Found the money rock and hit it with my gold shovel. Got the usual 1000, 800, 400, 200, and 100 bells. Bumps me up to 5,600 bells. When I talked to Kitt, she did the same thing as Alice. I like her catch phrase 'child'. It makes me think of an African accent. Or was that indian? I can't remember. Found another fossil by my house. Once I got to the museum, I found out that the fossils were a Ptera Left Wing and a Dinosaur Track. I donated the Dinosaur Track to the Museum. I went down to The Roost and talked to Brewster twice. Finally, he's actually talking! It's about time! So, I sat down to drink some coffee, and here's my reaction:
Reaction Ahh! That rich aroma, that bold, taste! It penetrates my very soul! Yum!
As far as I can tell, that's a good thing. Got to Nookway and sold my Ptera Left Wing for 4,500 bells, bumping me up to 9,900 Bells total. Didn't buy anything at the Able Sisters, so I headed straight for the Town Hall. I deposited 7900 Bells into my account and donated 1000 to Boondox. And that, my friends, is the end of this Friday.
