Everything You Never Wanted

Introduction;
They were best friends whom nobody could separate. When one was in trouble, the other was right there, trying to help. Everything seemed to change though once high school came to a close. One went off on tour in search of rock-stardom, while the other went off to become a pyrotechnician. What happens when this lovely pair of once-best-friends meet up at his concert? And the real question would have to be, are old feelings resurfaced?

At the young age of nine, Kayleigh's mother passed away from a disease known as lung cancer. She hadn't met her dad until then, and part of her regrets that she did. He was the typical abusive father, nothing more, nothing less. When he was drunk, he would always take it out on Kayleigh. It was then that she realized her love of fire, and fireworks. It was something she had some control over, and she loved that. She was best friends with Charlie from the time she moved in with her dad, to the time high school ended. They promised never to separate, but that promise was broken when they both went their separate ways.
