Since none of the squad 2 members have reported in and they have had close to a month to do so I am saying that none of them either get on or are in the guild any longer. I am therefore going to close squad two until another captain is found. All the topics with in that squad will be moved to the archives. That is of course unless I need this voted on too.

You are not to close a squad, or do any actions without guild consent in the council.
I vote no on this, you cannot close a squad because of a few people being inactive. If there has been absolutely no posts by a single member, then it can be placed onto an inactivity notice. That means you should message all the members, and tell them that if they do not become active they risk losing their seats.

Okay maybe I didn't state this clearly. Its been about a month since I messaged all the members of that squad. None have posted and one replied back informing me that he had left the guild.

well you will still have to wait atleast for more voting, before acting upon anything. Or now atleast wait for the 48 hour thing to go by, and message me about it.
