Calarneth

Cal was a little perplexed by this. Having accidentally made her way to earth the gnole was getting gradually more used to their culture. It never felt like she was really missing out because that was just the way things were. "There's pride in a good days work." she explained. Having never even gotten to try things like a playground she was pretty curious though. "Can you show me how this one works?" Cal said walking over to the seesaw. Even Cal felt she was a bit old for this but why not.

Calarneth

"Oh... I see" she said poking the device a few times nervously. It seemed safe enough. Without further hesitation she sat down on one side, held on to the bar, and pushed off. Of course with no partner on the other end she got about a foot or two off the ground before just arcing back down. "I think it might be broken." Cal wondered aloud kicking off a few more times. "Am I doing it right? Doesn't feel too fun." she continued, looking to Kana for confirmation.

Calarneth

"I see... fascinating." Cal said reciprocating a few teeters and totters before stepping off. "That was fun I suppose." she said still not looking entirely convinced. Probably didn't help that she was practically an adult. "So... what should we playground with next?" she continued eyes glancing towards the swings.

Calarneth

Cal blushed a deep red at Kana's first comment. Contrary to her visible embarrassed exterior her voice was as calm as always. "I see. That makes sense." Pushing right past her mistake Cal resumed her focus on the swing. "All ages?" She continued trotting over to the swing in question. After a few seconds of deliberation the gnole seemed to get the basic idea. At least enough to know you sit on it. Taking a seat she looked back to Kana who was asking her a question for once. "Oh, I'm a new teacher. Here to teach... well hopefully magical creatures class." Cal explained sitting quite still on the swing. Really her knowledge of the beasts was only about average in the fey realm but on earth she was somewhat of an expert.

Calarneth

"I see" The girl said observing Kana. After watching her go back and forth a few times Cal felt confident enough to try it herself. She looked like a little kid just trying this for the first time. Rocking back and forth carefully gripping the chains before she finally lifted her feet off the ground. Not much longer she started to get the hang of it. Cal began swinging higher and higher, yet maintaining the same slightly bored look on her face. It was sort of hard to tell whether or not she was actually enjoying this. Soon enough she got just a little too high though. Her grip on the chains slipped and Calarneth flipped backwards off the swing; falling several feet to the ground landing flat on her back with a crack. "Ouch" She said in her typical bored tone. It looked fairly painful but based on Cal's reaction she was more or less alright. Or maybe she just wasn't capable of crying out.

Calarneth

Cal's back was pretty sore to say the least. It was sort of like when you accidentally belly flop on water, but with pavement instead. After several seconds of pain she started trying to stand back up. Of course the helping hand of the cat girl was very essential to this process. One awkward jerking motion later she stumbled to her feet rubbing her back with both hands. "Well that was... fun." Cal said possibly as a sort of joke. Was a bit tough to tell with her monotonous voice. For the next several seconds she stretched and cracked her back a few times before turning back to Kana. "I think I've played enough for one day. Want to go grab a bite to eat?" The gnole asked having a particular place in mind. She'd seen a small and well hidden restaurant earlier but wasn't really hungry at the time. Just from what she saw peering through the window it looked quite curious though.
