Being inbetween highschool and college.
I don't feel productive at all.
I was so used to the routine of highschool, that I forgot that one day I'll be working the same job for the rest of my life.
I dunno, it just seems so boring...

I think i know what you mean. I graduate in two weeks and i know what i want to do but it feels like..... im not prepared to live this mediocre life. I mean sure if i get an awesome job itll make things a tad bit easier but still
Its kinda haunting.

Hobbies are helpful ;3 Take it from a 20 year old....I'm gettin old D:
You don't have to live a midocre life you know. Do stuff like travel when you can. It costs about 2K to go to europe, if you can't save that much in a year than you are doomed for retirement money. Or volunteer for something you see worthwhile and rewarding^^. It doesn't really matter what you do, just do something. Preferably out of the ordinary.

Wow, that's weird. That's pretty much how Lex's part in my story begins. Senior in highschool, and not wanting to be stuck in the same town forever.
I can sort of relate, but it's not quite the same, as I was homeschooled nearly all my life.
Still, I find it rather disturbing that every entry-level position that you can find information on says something like, "Begin your career at [insert business name]".
I DON'T ******** WANT TO WORK AT ******** GAMESTOP FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE.
I don't like peoples' attitude toward work. Very few things bother me more.

I'm in grade ten an graduate next year, I hope I do at least...
But I feel no motivation to even go through the same old BS next year. I just wanna go out and do STUFF. Anything, just be away from home, play music. I hate it. I do the same things over and over again. Go to school, slack off, sleep. It's boring and this is the time when parents are always saying the crazy s**t they've done. I've never done anything that exiting and I'm almost freaking 17! I can't stand being bored all the time!
