There are things I hate about living here... like the mostly corrupt police force. But then, I don't know of many places in the world, besides small third-world-city-states, that I can carry around as many weapons concealed as possible... and not get arrested for it. ("I really do have a permit for that" xd )
People here have started shooting people attempting armed robbery. Consequently, crime has gone done.
I can open carry a firearm pretty much anywhere, except churches, schools and govt. buildings(can't carry concealed either those places), but I don't cause people wig out(including the cops, who don't know the law that well).

Another negative is the the state legislative govt. Most of them can go suck $$#^#$%, if you know what I mean.
And let's not forget other states suing my state because we're using our state water reservoirs instead of letting them use them. rolleyes
Not much better in the EU though it seems...
Maybe we should all just move to the Moon and let the people argue all they want... and not have to hear it.

I've wanted to get a license to carry a gun, 'cause you know, the mean streets of Ohio. In all seriousness it wouldn't be bad to have- I don't go to any bad areas really, but you never know :l I know some Taekwondo but I'm not counting on that to defend me against a bullet.

I just applied for my license to OWN a gun. FACT: I live in the only state in the union where a private citizen cannot carry a firearm under any circumstances.
We even need to have a special permit just to own a gun. My state laughs at the 2nd amendment. Our last to governors are in jail, and I'm pretty sure they don't want me to have a gun to make it easier to bend me over.

Fantastic.
My brother has a fair collection of guns, so if anyone ever tried to raid our house we're pretty set- he left them all here when he moved out, and I know enough about guns to know how to load the darn things and shoot them. He has a glock, a desert eagle, a shotgun, and some sort of rifle that I'm aware of. Not sure what else he has out there.

DAMN. you beat me by 6 months I still get boxes xD~ Pink links have changed though- and apparently sometimes there are cats with wings on their asses, but I haven't seen any of those yet. I got a pink giftbox just yesterday actually o mo I get them far more often nowadays than I ever did in years past, though I still only pull tat out of them.
