Its the jail and courthouse. The courthouse is rather grand, like most of this odd town, with high ceilings many rows of seats and much of the stereotypical things you'd expect to see and find in a courthouse... Minus the bloody wrench. In the back there are several rooms filled with records and computers containing more records. Beyond that is the jail and the cells.
The jail is of relative size. The cells are small, white, and have locked metal bars before them. The complex contains twenty cells, ten which are empty and ten which are not, one shower room, a wight lifting area and a large enclosed space below the cells where prisoners are allowed to roam and eat.
