I think it stands for the Video Game Competition that they hold every year to determine the world champ.

Pretty much the rules are being set as the "GS Cup" ruleset from the Club Coliseum.
•Each player uses four Pokémon during the battle, and sends out two Pokémon at a time.
• Auto-level 50
• Species Clause
• Item Clause
Banned Pokemon: Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin and Arceus
Restricted Pokemon (meaning a team may only use two of the following): Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina

Kyrenx Luther Olathes Ah, sounds interesting. Hey, there's one near me. Well, near where my Grandparents live, and getting there will be a pain, but still. Sounds interesting. Closest where I live is about an hour drive, but then finding parking space will be a hassle. Even when going there its going to be a little hard to choose which Pokemon to use but I think most would bring a Mewtwo due to its massive Sp.Attack and great speed.
