Title says it all. Tell about your Shiny FAIL. For instance, you see a shiny pokemon, but you cant catch it because its at the battle tower, or a trainer owns it, or you made it faint. Or, worst of all it was a legendary and it pwnd you, or you ran out of poke balls, ect. anyway, Tell me your Shiny Fail!

Shiny "fail" huh? ...Well, let's see...
A few years back I was playing Sapphire and I was doing New Movil thingy when I came upon a blue voltorb. I was like "HOLY CRAP! IT"S BLUE!" Well anyway, I wanted it. ...Turns out I only had 1 pokeball and 1 timer ball... I couldn't catch it and my battery died 5 seconds latter...

not mine but my friend's:
he was in the hg safari zone and found a shiny surskit, sadly though, it ran from him after almost being caught by one pokeball

I saw a shiny Mew when I was playing the new Battle Frontier. Major sadness. So far I don't have a single shiny in HG as of yet. (well outside of the Red G-dos.)
