Beautiful, the only thing I would suggest is too soften the rosey shine on the shoulders. If you have a blur tool that would do the trick. But really, quite stunning. whee

First time using Sai, I'm sure!

Ask for tips, the only thing I can see for you to improve are your lines.
Zooming in really close helps. If you're line arting. If you're just doing the line art on Sai, make a rough sketch of the lines first then go over them closely by zooming in.
