yes it is a chocolate box image isn't it? a good hundred years or so out of date i suppose, and even then only for the upper classes, but it's an image i'm still quite fond of, though on the other hand, i do find it slightly irritating when people from overseas describe Britain as 'quaint'
Can't have it both ways can i?? rolleyes

been british involves some of the best food in the world a sense of humor and lots of alcohol lol but really im proud to say that im british eek

i agree about the sense of humour, we're very good at laughing at ourselves, i quite like the fact that other countries just don't get our humour 3nodding
