I dunno, people make fun of it, but on a daily basis I see this:

1. Tramp stamp- A tattoo centered right above your butt(usually seen in women)
2. Cleavage- Usually seen on overweight women deciding to wear clothes two sizes too small for them.
3. Butt shorts- No, not "short" shorts; On these shorts you can actually see the lower half of this person's butt.
4. Thong- Because anything else would be too big.
5. Heels and an old t-shirt- You know you've done it before.
6. White t-shirt, black bra- Basically see-through.

And I'm talking EVERYDAY, I see this.
Maybe getting dressed is an issue, I dunno. =P

You forgot about the old classic no bra look.

No, it's not fashionable. It's bad taste. Some people just have no sense of aesthetics, or in some cases just don't care.

Skanky dressers usually seem to want attention, because it makes them feel special. Even though really the attention is only because they look like they would be easy...super easy if they're wearing half those things in combination(double skank points). Or they saw a celebrity do it, in a music video and don't realize that they are wearing the equivalent of underwear out in public and are not in a music video? I dunno D:

Some of the chicks at my school go around saying how people start rumors about them and getting around. And then they dress like that and they suck every other guy that says 'hi' to them...IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN!

Oh yeah haha.
The no bra look either makes you look slutty, or you have saggy boobs. xD

~CB-P-Bear- Yeah and it sees to be getting worse every year. Dx

Alright. Guy perspective XD

Well, if guys are going out to pick up some whores ladies they will most likely look for girls who have all the traits as you described. But when guys want something new and totally radeffintazzical they will look for a girl who it unique and just different.
Any guy can get a whore. Its so much harder to find the one person made for you.

Well I think thongs are perfectly fine, as long as they are not showing up past low-rise pants. What I hate the most are YOGA PANTS. If you are coming/going to a yoga class, that is completely fine. But what I hate is when all the girls that are to lazy to wear real clothes put on those tight lululemons and you can see every lump and jiggly part of their (usually) fat asses. gross

Heels and a t-shirt I've never seen, but that outfit had me instantly visualizing prostitutes.

I don't get why people do this, though. It makes it so much easier for the pervs out there to find what they need without needing to use their computer. It's as if girls don't have respect for their own bodies anymore; they just want to share it with every passing glance.

This is very true. The girl can be a nice person, but then it's like they skank it up a bit and it's an auto turn off. I don't really care, it's how they want to be, but sometimes it's over the top. And YES, unique woman. key word: WOMAN, as in mature and won't gossip about s**t that doesn't make a difference in her life. I'm not gonna go and tell everyone my dream woman, (unless you want to know) but I kind of hate chicks that are shallow, dress like a skank (most of the time), and make a big deal over stuff that doesn't matter.

Was hoping that the leggings that are two sizes too small without anything over them look wouldn't come back, but it seems I was wrong.

I like the old baggy t-shirt and heels look.
add a cincher belt and it looks awesome.

I personally feel there is a very differentiating line between "skank" and artsy. Showing skin I don't feel should always be considered skanky. Skin is "naturally" beautiful however, most girls tend to take it too far.

Not morally right?

I would please like you to explain how showing off one's body is considered morally wrong.

I think most people find it morally wrong because a lot of folks in this world are pervs and for a woman to show off too much skin puts them up as sexual fantasy targets or actual sex crime targets. What with how media portrays chicks who show too much skin, it's not a surprise the world turned out this way, and that now most people assume women who show off skin for non-skanky reasons are really doing it for skanky reasons.
