That's a fail argument. By that logic, if Science is so great, then make me praise it like God in this post. If science is truly able to decipher the ultimate reality, then science will eventually be able to create time-travel, and send an emissary back in time to alter my post.
This argument fails for two reasons- firstly, the ABILITY to do something is not equivalent with the NECESSITY to do something. Not that I'm saying that Thunderfoot is wrong in claiming that Allah will not do it, but that the reason for not doing it is not necessarily out of impotence.
This is wrapped up in the second part, which is essentially that the task is mundane and may never be seen by any scientist, or that they will care- Why bother? If God will not alter the paths of storms, or will not cure diseases for us, or wipe our asses after we have a wet s**t, what makes you think He would bend his knee at such tongue-in-cheek asshattery?
Fail argument is fail.

Yes, Islam doesn't accept free speech, neither did christians (inquisition), jews (see-->Old Testament), Ancient Greeks (see Aesop) and many others. Religion isn't about logical argument, it's about faith and the ones who buy and sell it (priests). Muslims/Christians/Jews/Buddhists/Whatevers aren't all like that (retarded). The problem with Islam is that most Muslim countries are waaaaaaaaaay back (financially, culture-wise, education-wise) and THEOCRATIC( talk2hand ), meaning priests have the power. If any of us was born in a shithole of a country like Iraq or Afghanistan and not in an "enlightened" country like in the US or Europe we would be the misdirected animals you see on the video. As for the video, I'm pretty sure that if he put Allah, Jesus, Buddha, Zeus and Cthulu on one side and his pinky on the other, he would still win...so?

Hmm I'd say were more "privileged" then we are "enlightened" as far as the western world goes. We have a much larger variety to choose from when it comes to what to buy or sell, and with it all of the privilege and protection to do so. The way I see it is were still "misdirected animals" but unlike the Muslims in that video, were not wild animals. Were a more domesticated society that has been taught that violence and hate isn't the only solution to every problem and that we must tolerate those different from us. Its a fact that despite how any Muslim feels about, can easily (and unknowingly) take advantage of as a minority in the western world.
