Seth's companion watched the grunt go with a furrowed brow and pursed lips - an expression of mild disapproval, or thought. Learning you worked below a fireworks factory had put her in a contemplative mood when she'd read the briefing, and the blast brought it back now.
Adequate structural reinforcements. Clamps or bolts on all equipment, sample containers secured and covered. Multiple exits and evacuation plan. Does that shower have proper drainage? It had better.
"Mm." Nadja brushed a lock of fiery hair back into place, glancing only briefly at her guide. Her attention, which had partially been on Seth, was shifting to her surroundings, and as they neared the next floor her expression and manner took on a new focus, lending it a quiet intensity.

As the elevator took them down, there was a bit of silence until the doors opened again. "I believe this is your floor." He told her, which he was sure she was already aware of.
"Science isn't my department so I can't tell you much other than where everything is." This said as he stepped out of the elevator. After all, the only department down here that was of particular interest to him was the cloning department.
