This room is the working place of captain Kotsuke Echigo. It is dressed and adorned similar to that of all the other offices, save that there is a multitude of windows, to allow in natural light. Kotsuke does not explain his love of windows, but simply makes sure all of his work is completed promptly a week early, as is custom with him. he would appreciate it if visitors would knock first.
