Personality: Caelum is passive type of person though upon first glance it may not seem that way. His appearance contrasts his views in a way though it does not bother him. He would rather talk thing through before resorting to violence and even if violence becomes inevitable he will more often then not subdue the opponent then kill them using take down and defensive type abilities. The Exaequare race is very small in numbers so Caelum would rather not get into a large scale war with another race even though others of his kind do not share his views at all. He is an outcast in a sense because of his views and thoughts though even at that he leads them with knowledge and is respected by those below him to a certain extent. Although just because he hates to kill and fight that does not mean he will never do and and if he must defend his people by spilling the blood of others he will do so though he will regretted it profusely afterwords.

Appearance
Physical Description: Caelum is a well built male in seemingly pristine condition. A muscular form is clearly evident with the skin tight clothing worn, flawless skin indicates he takes care of himself and takes pride in his appearance which carries on to his hair style. Perfectly managed golden with a slight hint of black at the roots add a nice contrast is gelled back and away from his face. His dead unseeing eyes area also covered with blacked out sun glasses used to hide his eyes from others making it so no one truly knows he is blind unless he tells them or his glasses fall off and his eyes are revealed. Standing over 6 feet tall Caelum carries himself well with a perfectly straight back and a confident, in charge, walk for he seems himself of importance and must carry himself almost like royalty or like a CEO of a very important company would.

Eye Color: Pure white for it seems as though that is the only part of his eyes remaining, the Cornea although there is still the black ring of the pupil left though it has no significance. Caelum is blind though sees with his minds eye.
Usual Clothing: Caelum wears dark leather style clothing and looks very business like though also has a military feel to his attire. A long leather coat is always worn and under that is a torso armor with a zip running from his throat to his waist, this torso armor is also made with gloves attached so they are never removed at any time. Around his waist then is a black belt with a normal style clip located just below his bellybutton. His legs then are covered with the same style of material in the form of relatively tight pants though they do have some bit of slack allowing easy movement and no restriction. High laceless boots are present on his feet with a zip running along the inside of each boot. There is no deviation in the style of clothing chosen and everything follows a uniform style.
Natural Abilities

Caelum uses Telekinesis in a rudimentary way to reach items that are out of reach or hang a coat up on a rack to save him time doing it himself. It is a passive ability and he can only move objects with it and not form barriers or the like. Be a pacifist himself he will not attack anyone with this power but will defend himself with it. He has great strength in this ability can can use it to freeze and opponent by stopping their leg movements or increasing the weight upon them driving them to their knees but that is the extent of what he would use it for.
Oculus Mentis [Minds Eye]
Because of the fact that Caelum is blind he sees everything through his mind. It is an incredibly powerful ability when one gets down to figuring out how it actually works. Because he cannot see with his own eyes he uses the eyes of those all around him thus giving him the ability to quite literally have a 360 degree field of vision. He gets all this visual data into his mind at one time and that is what is so great about his ability. His mind can process everything he sees in a matter of seconds leaving no surprises and no sneak attacks from behind possible no matter the number of people in the area he can see and process everything. Of course there is another factor to this ability for how is he meant to see where he is going if he is alone. Thus the first stage or natural stage of the Minds Eye. It relies on sonar to bounce sound signals throughout the area and then it paints a scene of everything within his mind. He can of course turn this ability off when not needed such as when he is around other people for he can then use their eyes.
Speculum Dei [Gods Mirror]
The final and most powerful ability Caelum possesses is the ability to copy and manipulate any type of power that is used against him. If a water based attack is used he will copy it and use an identical attack of the same power against the original user. He can hold up to two differing abilities in his mind at once. So if person A uses water and person B uses Fire, he can use those two abilities as much as he wants over the next week though if Person C comes along and uses lightning then the ability learned from Person A is lost and replaced. It goes by the logic of First in First out. But this is not limited to just elements he can learn, any form of attack used against him can be copied but it only lasts 5 days in his mind.

Wisdom of the Ancients:
Caelum is a very very old creature even amongst his race so the knowledge he possesses is vast. Though unlike the normal though of an 'old men', he can recall events from his distant past as easily and clearly as he recalls 5 minutes ago. Even if his appearance difference and contradicts his age Caelum is definitely one of the oldest creatures around.

The power possessed by Caelum is extraordinarily high and it is this power that allows him to copy such strong abilities and use them against another numerous times. It seems almost unparalleled though that is the power held by the leader of a race.
