Here is a list of some verbs that I have not been able to find meanings for. I hate to get direct english translations, and go by picture or context, but these are so far impossible to find. Will try a dictionary, but asking for help before it's too late. I have to create sentence with a list of verbs.

いいます
かします
でます
あげます
おけます... to bathe?
しめます
います
けっこんします
かいものします
しょくじします
コピーします
もってきます
つれてきます

Remember these are from a list I have no context.

いいます = 言います = To Speak
かします = 貸します = To Lend
でます = 出ます = To Go Out、 Come Out
あげます = To Give
置けます = To Put
閉めます = To Close
います = To be (Living Creature)
結婚します = To get Married
etc.

To be honest, these are all verbs you should be able to find very easily using a dictionary. The online dictionary I like best is http://jisho.org.

You'll figure it out.

That was helpful... still can't find these last two.

もってきます
つれてきます

もってくる - to bring a thing
つれてくる - to bring a person

If you are having problems finding them in a dictionary, you might want to look them up in dictionary form, i.e. not conjugated into -desu/masu form like I have done above. So look up いいます as 言う(いう)、かします as 貸す(かす), etc, etc

どもうありがとうございます.

So I had my class last night and now I understand the list. It was a list of verbs, but the key characters were highlighted so the word could be changed to the "te" form. Of course the exceptions as well.
