Now this isn't a series deck, it's just something for me to use to kill time on my campus and maybe a few locals, like Grim.
I don't have the cards just yet, but I would like some opinions. I also haven't completed ityet...

Monsters

Warm Worm x3
Needle worm x3
Shield worm x3
Junk Synchron x3

Spells

Book of moon x3
Book of Eclipse x3
Book of Taiyou x3
Swords of Reveling light

Traps

Dark Bribe x3
Star light road x2
Royal opression x1
Bottomless trap hole x2
Solmen Judgement

Extra deck
Stardust Dragon x2
Iron chain dragon X3
Arancite Magician x2
Brionic
Red Dragon Archfiend
Blackrose dragon
Fairy Dragon

Again this deck isn't finished, also its a casual deck. I welcome any helpful suggestions.

-2 Starlight Road (Same here. Keep these in the Sideboard.)
+3 Desert Sunlight

+2 All-Out Attacks

---

The basic strategy of mill decks is to stall and force your opponent into a deckout. You are not supposed to be able to win by any other method. That being said, most synchro monsters are inherently worthless being in the extra deck of a Mill deck. This is why I removed your tuners. I added in Plaguespreader Zombie in case, for some reason, you might somehow be able to pull something off, since he can revive from the graveyard.

Level Limit - Area B will stop a LOT of stuff from getting through. Not everything, but enough of it.

Desert Sunlight is basically a souped-up version of Book of Taiyou that also happens to be a Trap card. Always worth it.

Using All-Out Attacks in conjunction with Morphing Jar #2 can lead into a VERY nice Mill OTK. How it works is this:

-Activate All-Out Attacks
-Flip Summon Morphing Jar #2
-Activate it effect, adding all monsters on the field to the deck and summoning monsters face-down.
-All-Out Attacks's effect activates, flipping all face-down monsters face-up, which could include another Morphing Jar #2, Needle Worm, Morphing Jar, etc.
-Lather, Rinse, Repeat
-Insert token "????" and "Profit!" list gags here.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
