This was the best season in the woods: spring time. The light air flowed with the sweet breeze of new grass and the last sparkled with new dew. A burning white figure stood amongst a group of birches, her snowy silhouette inspecting a freshly grown daffodil. She sniffed with the all the gentleness in the world, admiring the plant. Her soft eyes darting, enjoying the world around her. She was almost unearthly, and only her shadow gave her form away as being true. She circled once, and then daintily laid down amongst the cool ground of the forest floor.

A troubling expression made apparent Marley's shattered emotions, the bitter-sweetness of war still freshly seeded within his thoughts. It had been a rough morning for the alpha, compiled of a lurching stomach and watering eyes.
But despite the pain, he could not give up the confidence that would always be present. He, unlike some, chose to move forward rather then sit still. He, unlike some, would not dwell on the past no more then was needed; then again, Marley was unlike most in that he had a plan.
Coming out of disaster like the blossoming wildflowers of spring, Marley aimed to unravel what wrong decisions had been made and use them to do the right thing...no matter how wrong his rights might still be in the end. What he took out from those past couple of days seemed simple enough, and with the sliver of hope he still had within him the future seemed to be lit by possibilities.
The male climbed over grassy hills, parting the blades with very long and exaggerated steps for he knew he was handsome, and he knew that the prettier things in life got the most attention.
He came on to her suddenly, the meadow she lounged within opening up before Marley just as remarkably as if the sun had risen right out from the top of her head and winked his way. The male was stricken by her white, regal appearance; but he had experience with moments like these and females who looked like her. He quieted his heavy pants after covering a portion of the distance that was between them, before simply letting his presence be made known on its own.
