Jake became a little nervous as his attack missed the Captian. He was surprised when Sayuri's byakuri was shot past him. Jake clenched his teeth as his captains elbow drove right into his gut. Instead of dodging this attack Jake had a better idea.
Jake then yelled "Hadō number one, Shō" He was just hoping that this repelling Hadō would send his captian at least a few feet away. If this did happen it would help Jake get ready for another attack.

Satisfied with landing the forst hit, he began to be impressed as jake used the Hado, Sho to propel him away. As he was forced backwards, he leaned back into a flip. He used his left hand to stabilize himself, while fliping back. Now he was showing his one handed handstand. This was hard to pull off, and stay balanced, which he couldn't seem to keep. Instead of staying in that position, he fell back even further, but landed on his feet. Bending his body up straight was an example of his flexible body. Withpout turning around, his head tilted back a little as his neon green eyes glaredd through his hair.
"Your move.."

Sayuri watched as her captain effortlessly dodged her attack and in return sent his own byakurai sailing towards her, but Sayuri noticed something wrong with the hado. Captain Foust had sent it slightly off so that it would go past her head. Why would he do such a thing? Wait! He dosn't want to hit me, he want to blind me... To prevent what her captain wanted Sayuri closed her eyes and stepped to the side as the hado shot past her. Even with her eyes closed Sayuri could see the briliant light.
Sayuri quickly opened her eyes to the sight of her captain and Jake fighting. Jake, surprised, used a hado spell to push the captain away from him. Captain Foust took the spell and quickly stabalized himself. Smiling slightly, Sayuri used shunpo to stand, slightly hunched, next to Jake. "Your doing great, Jake-kun!" the shinigami whispered to the tenth seat before she straightened herself out. Quickly Sayuri aimed her arms out towards her captain and began to chant, "Disintegrate, black dog of Rondaniini. Look upon your burning soul and sever your throat! Bakudo number nine, Geki!"

Feeling the strain on his body from the geki, he laughed maniacly.
"If this is what you do to protect someone, then you will be wasting your time if the enemy is strong." As the last of his word left his mouth, his spiritual pressure started to rise dramatically. So that his friends wouldn't be supressed by the pressure, he made it rise only around him, no further. The hado's paralyzation effects were then crushed to pieces. making him free, and something came to his mind. Sayuri was only using kido, so she was holding back on him. This was an honorable thing, but still was not a good method.
"Can't you two do anything better?" He shrugged his shoulders as he spoke and shook his head. The impressing moments had ended for now. If the two could stop doing such minor attacks, then maybe they could land a blow. Since they were just going along with things so far, it showed that they couldn't think on their feet in certain situations.

Sayuri stared in shock as her captain broke free of her geki. It wasn't the fact that he broke through, it was his laugh that usually came from someone that was insane. Forgetting her smile, Sayuri reluctantly drew out her zanpakuto. "Of course, Captain." Sayuri said bitterly as she pointed her tip towards her captain's throat. Using shunpo Sayuri stopped behind her captain. "Bakudo number one, Sai! Bakudo number nine, Geki!" I'm going to have to work fast.... ""Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws! Hado number 33, Sokatsui!"

The battle was now getting interesting for his leiutenant was trying to subdue him. She used two bakudos to bind him, but the first one was uneffective. Foust was a captain, so that level of kido wouldn't work on him well. The Geki on the other hand, managed to paralyze him for a few seconds. Then of course, he broke what binded him, only to hear the incantation of another kido. A hado to be more specific, and with the incantation, it could cause at least somewhat damage. As the kido came close to him, he unsheathed his sword with his left hand, but held the sword so that the blade was facing down. Holding the zanpakuto up to the kido upon impact, electricity started to form around his serated blade. The force had pushed him back a few feet, making him slide on the ground.
When it was over, he sheathed his sword as he kept his demon like smile across his face the whole time.
"Sheesh!" Then, with one flash step, got to the right of Sayuri, and began to attack. Pulling his right leg in, his knee came up to about chest height. He then launched his foot outwards at a fast speed, attempting to land a kick against her side.
((Now that you have used so many kido, try not to use anymore. Your are depleting energy when you use them. Remember that.))

Sayuri watched anxietiously as her captain broke her geki and mostly blocked her Sokatsui. How strong is he!? Angerly, Sayuri prepared for an close range attack. Captain Foust, smiling, used flash step to get to her right side and kicked. I can't dodge it! Sayuri thought, shocked at her captain's speed. Going as fast as she could, Sayuri moved her zanpakuto to her right side and preformed a "Four Block." The sheer force in Captain Foust's kick sent Sayuri flying 10 feet back. In the air Sayuri put her zanpakuto's hilt in her mouth and pushed off the ground using her free hands. As she landed she took her hilt out of her mouth.

Jake was begining to become irratted. He thought to himself "Can I do anything better?" 'Can I do anythng better?!" "I havent learned anything besisdes slashes and kido what does he expect?" "What do you expect of me!" Jake yelled as he ran twoards his Captian slashing in a fury of rage. If you could look at his eyes it looked as if they had gone almost blank.
Jake was a strange character. He was a tiny bit bipolar but when he was set off it really showed. If he beacame mad he wasnt just mad he was enraged. After this points Jake would have faint memory of this and he would apologize for to whoever saw him like this.

Helping his squad to better themselves in battle was the idea, but seeing Jake babble on about the fight made him want to shut him up. The inexperienced shinigami ran at his captain swinnging with anger. This was something only foolish people would end up doing. Allowing your emotions to take over so easily was just pathetic in his book. If Jake was getting beaten worse, then it would be understandable.
"Shut up!" The captain shouted as he ran at the on coming tenth seat.
When Jake began to swing his zanpakuto, Foust performed a baseball slide. He slid right passed Jake, and didn't touch him at all, either did Jake. Quickly getting up, he charged at the yioung squad member while his back was turned. Unsheathing his sword as he got close, Foust wrapped his arm around Jake's neck with the blade near his neck.
"Bakudo twenty-six, Kyokko!" As he spoke these words, his body became unseen. Then, his spirtual pressure became undetectable. While he was invisible, he jumped away from Jake. Since he was never touching him, there was very few ways to know if he was there or not. Appearing in the air slightly above Sayuri, Foust began to smile even though he was unseen. Drawing a triangle in the air, he spoke fast.
"Bakudo thirty, Shitostu Sansen!" A tringle with a fang on each corner became visible as it shot at Sayuri. It was barely bigger than her, but wasn't designed to harm her. It was merely a trap like kido, to pin the target to whatever is close. In Sayuri's case, she would be pinned to the ground if hit. The fangs would jab into the ground on each corner of the triangle, making it rather hard to break free. If she moved in front of the fang, it was possible it could damage her, but Foust just wanted to pin her down. He was still invisible for the moment as the triangle left his finger. After it started to rush at her, Foust stepped to the left a little so his position wasn't given away completely.

A low gasp escaped the vice-captain as her captain dissapeared, no trace of him left. Where is he!? she thought paniced, she head slowly scanning the surrounding area Its not like him to just dissapear
Sayuri thought curiously when a faint and fast whisper caught her ears. The female shinigami knew that it was her captain and she began looking around for him, but saw nothing. Sayuri couldn't make out what her captain was saying, but caught the last part, "...Kyokko!"
No! Sayuri thought as she shunpoed beside a tree's trunk. Sighing, the vice-captain extended her arm and leaned against the tree. I shouldn't have used all those kidos... You think? You can be so stupid sometimes, Sayuri! Hurry up and make a move! I'm bored!

Although Jake could not see his captain he did have a plan. "This better work" Jake thought to himself. Jake slashed the ground with his sword then grabbed a handful of dirt revealed from the slash. He first threw the dirt that filled his hand towards what he thought was his captains position. Jake began towards a tree close to him. He then jumped on the side of the tree. As soon as he did this he jumped from the tree towards the dirt in the air. Jake then threw his sword towards what looked like a blurry figure of his Captain. He then said " Hadō #4 Byakurai" As he said this he pointed his finger at the figure and shot the powerful lightning bolt from said finger. Jake was shot back at a tree as he shot this bolt. He grabbed the tree and waited to see the outcome.

Easily stepping to the side to dodge the Byakurai, he didn't see the sword coming at him. Jake managed to throw it hard enouh to peirce straight through his left foot. Letting out a grunt, the captain gripped the zanpakuto as he pulled it out quickly. The pain made his foot sting, but he had felt worse. Tossing the sword back to Jake, he became visible again.
"Don't mindlessly throw your zanpakuto like that. I could have disposed of it, so you couldn't ever get it again. Look, it is like an extension of you, it's a part of you." Fous then quickly shunpoed to Jake's left with his left leg swinging from the right, heading towards his side. He had spun around whle flash stepping to put some more force into the meelee attack. Sayuri was still by her tree while her friend was being attacked, therefore she couldn't help him. Now, he was on his own to deal with the attack. The young Tenth seat did good to find him, but didnt do as well with the attack.
