Long after sora, his friends, all they had done and gone through was finished; the worlds had entered a time of peace but soon heartless began to appear in increasing numbers as wells as a new appearance of an old and almost forgotten enemy the unversed whom had become their own being due to events unknown by Lingering Sentiment. Again keybearers were needed, 60 keybearers came together and fought the heartless. After long harsh battles the keybearers become masters, they gather their wits and decide to form a group of keybearers that will teach other keybearers and make the worlds safer places and prevent the heartless’ numbers from increasing. The keybearers traveled to the “Castle Oblivion” and used their keyblades to restore the “Land Of Departure” while also creating a new world which held the “Castle Oblivion” which was within proximity of the “Land Of Departure”.
After completing that task they took a trip to the land of "Hollow Bastion"/"Radiant garden", the land was too destroyed for them to restore to the beautiful "Radiant Garden" it once was, so on the other half of the world the created another world (basically, its 2 worlds in one meaning two hearts, and 2 different entrances on the same world, but you can enter radiant garden through hollow bastion and vice versa) the new world that makes up the bottom half of hollow bastion is radiant garden which looks exactly the way it had before Ansem’s project went wrong. They took the name of “Guardians Of The Worlds” each of the 60 keybearers had a position of light or darkness, working together to protect the worlds. The keybearers went and got “Lingering Sentiment” and brought him into the land of departure placing him in the master exam room, which was later split into two one for dark keybearers and one for light, but “Lingering Sentiment” is able to be two places at once, thanks to him great special abilities, so it is able to give an exam to both dark and light keybearers at the same time.
Almost all the keybearers traveled back to the land of departure to check in with the special keybearers whom stayed; those keybearers were so strong they were deemed the “elders” (for their wisdom and power) and the ones with the title never left the land of departure again. Soon the elders believed that temptation to leave may become too great and they should bound themselves to the world as well as make themselves immortal to time so they may teach for eternity. There were 20 elders, they came together and cast an ancient spell seal (which no one else would, will, or can ever use) to bound themselves to the planet making them unable to leave it ever while also making them immortal, their body changed and stuck in their age they had the most power/skill ability; the cost of this was that they’re powers could only be used to protect themselves, others on the world and to teach, while they are also unable to have a “absent silhouette”. (The other 40 keybearers were to live out their days on the planets traveling if they wish and gathering and sending apprentices to the land of departure for training, which they did for many years).
Over the years the apprentices stopped arriving (because they keybladers whom they had taught hadn’t been keeping up with what they vowed to do.) After 10 years without apprentices to teach, two young boys no older than 10 came to the elders, the boys were keybearers. The two boys were best friends, and wished to train under the elders to become masters. The elders told the boys all about the keyblade, and taught them some after a week of study they sent the boys out with a mission to bring back keybearers to train with, of whom they would lead.
These two boys were named Kiba Muramasa and Lazareth Lucis. The two when off separately and each found Eight people able to be keybearers (and they did become keybearers) and/or people whom were already keybearers (but didn’t know what their weapon was called or etc.). They all were brought back to the elders and trained together as friends, in which they were the best of. but there was friction between the group which the elders over looked, some people favored the dark and others light, ideals clashed but this was minor until long later when something occurred; something that would change the peace the worlds have known into a war, which people had wished to be a “scary story” from the past, instead of "Reality" that it was just a “bad dream”. the world has returned to that dark reality, the never ending battle of darkness and light, back to being on a universal scale.
