Well, just like the title says, I'd like to make myself available to people if they have a concern/complaint about the service around here. Because, after all, nobody likes it when things go undealt with for long periods of time and the shopowner seems to be ignoring those who are concerned ^^

Please post here if:

- You have a suggestion for something you'd like to see in the shop or guild

- You have an idea for contests/events

- You would like to offer your services for banners/certs/graphics (yes, I'm well-aware the current ones are very clunky. I suck at teh graphics-making D: )

- You have a complaint/concern regarding your Fourth Waller

- You have a complaint/concern with the way I handle the shop

- You have a complaint/concern about someone who's in authority in the shop. This is mainly reserved in case someone is abusing their authority and it needs to be brought to my attention.

- You have a complaint/concern about someone causing trouble in the thread (this is NOT for personal one-on-one issues. This is if the person in question is making the thread unpleasant for lots of people)

- To report someone who's harrassing you via PM or AIM about your child (wanting a baby, wanting you to sell your child to them, etc.). Please ONLY report shop-related harrassment.




Please do NOT post here if:

- You are going to nitpick about your child's artwork. I do the best I can and some turn out better than others. I try to read everybody's growth form very carefully to give them exactly what they want, but some orders are more complex than others and occasionally I miss something. I'm only human. If its something that reallyreally bothers you and can be fixed without me having to redo the whole piece, contact me privately and we'll discuss it.

- You are going to bring attention to a personal issue you have with me or another keeper. Let's keep the dirty laundry in private where it belongs. This is for official shop concerns only :3

- You are going to complain about having lost a recent flatsale/contest. I know it really stings to lose, but its not deemed an official shop concern.



I promise I will not bite anyone's head off as long as you do me the courteousy of stating your concern or complaint in a calm and professional manner. I will respond much better to this than I will to "OMG U SUX!!" obviously XD

And if you want to drop off praise too, that's always gladly accepted and appreciated. I like to know what I'm doing right just as much as I need to know what I'm doing wrong.
