Everybody seems to be raving about how good the NES game Mach Rider was. I never played it myself though. Is it one of those games that's a cult classic but will never get revived? It just looks cool and I'd like to give it a spin.

uh...I've seen the trophy on Smash Bros. Melee..... sweatdrop .
I didn't really become a gamer till late N64 and didn't own anything till the SNES...I do like the old games and try to buy them used but I've never played Mach Rider.

o i got that game. Short and simple its like the original spy hunter but only on motorcycles that have machine guns on them basically you go riding on a crouse and you have to destroy these guys because they have destroyed every one you know and also your home town its pretty cool.

I Macar uh...I've seen the trophy on Smash Bros. Melee..... sweatdrop . I didn't really become a gamer till late N64 and didn't own anything till the SNES...I do like the old games and try to buy them used but I've never played Mach Rider.

the NES was where my gaming started, and thanks to Nintendo, I've conquered many adversaries. and my skills can only keep getting greater. ^_^
Nintendo Console Eras I've witnessed: NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube.
Nintendo Handheld Eras I've witnessed: Gameboy(never had one), Gameboy Pocket(never had one), Virtual Boy(never had one), Gameboy color, Gameboy Advance, Nintendo DS(havent attained one).
so I've owned the consoles, but not the full list of handhelds, anyways, I've been pretty good at keeping up with Nintendo anyways.

Man,I started playing games on the N.E.S.. I never said I didn't play games before N64. I'd played NES and owned a SNES with probably a dozen games that I sold to buy the N64...I just didn't start spending all my money on games and start playing them lots till around the middle/end of the N64's lifespan.

Mach Rider was kind of a Joke, the SSBM trophy looks fun but the game isn't all too great.
