OMG. I know a lot of us are in college, so that means a lot of us are in the middle/just finished/are really close to finals time D<
IT SUCKS RIGHT? Instead of studying and writing papers lets discuss how we dont want to and refresh the internet for hours and hours at a time waiting for something to happen.
I have to write a paper and do a major project for tomorrow. So I havent started even though its almost 3am and the paper is due at 10 smile
Instead I spent ALL day wasting my life online and avoiding it. Then I spent a lot of time looking at all my syllabuses and grades and figuring out what grade I would get in the class if I didnt do my paper or project and got a 0 on every single final. It turns out I will pass every class regardless of finals! WHOOO! Granted thats with Ds and C-s buuut whatever. I have zero standards for my grades, so long as I pass. And hey! I already got an A- in one class, thats more than enough good grades for a semester smile
Howare all your finals going?? Are you stressed out?? Do you even care??

I have finals and I also have to clean up so I can pack my s**t and get out of this house.
I do not like finals. .-. I would like to sleep instead of work.
Of course, today on my way to a final, my roommate and I saw a single duck and one lone duckling. The duck was quacking really loud, scared of the students, but not leaving, and we didn't know why. Then we walked over a storm drain, and hear peeping. The mama duck had led her babies over the storm drain, and all but one had fallen in! Terri called the cops, and sent me off to my test, but I felt so bad for the baby duckies the whole time. Terri said the duckies got saved, though. :3

Right now I'm taking my STAR tests for the year. Basically, they're checking if our skill levels in various areas fit those for the California state standards.
It sucks. biggrin
But, they can be fun sometimes, as it can be fun to see your score afterwards, for some reason. Plus, this year the teachers are giving us food to eat in class, so our brains don't die trying to answer everything.
That's all I could really share on this topic. I don't think I'm having finals right now. But, I understand everyone's pain. XD

I had my 2nd and last exam this morning.
next two days, however, I am going to be working my a** off to get enough hours in before I go home.

Mine aren't until partway through June. Except AP World History; we're just taking our final a couple days after the AP test and doing "cinematic learning" for the rest of the year.

Aine you're taking your STARS test so you can be on the Raccoon city force, right?
UGH. The 17th is my last day of classes. I have 4 papers due next week. So it's crunch time!
Then my Spanish final is on the 19th and I am SO SCARED about it because it's departmental and my professor for that class freaks me out and doesn't curve and has unforgiving eyes.
Then on the 20th is my Natural science final... which I'm not the least bit concerned about. In fact, I'm almost positive I could have just taken the final on the first day of classes. It's totally a joke class.
TTTHHEEENNN on the 24th I have my Cognitive Psych exam that I'm sort of nervous about and that I want to do really well on.
SO NERVOUS FFFF THIS SEMESTER NEEDS TO END

Eh. Mine weren't bad. Had my parasitology final Monday. That class was interesting as s**t but ******** hard and I'm glad to be done with it.
My painting and sculpture critiques went well. Surprise surprise.
And I have to write an essay for British Lit Friday. Then I guess I'm a senior?

Gah, finals. I think I did good on all of mine though, got a B in cog.psyc posted already...I know i boomed the s**t out of my Chinese final, BUT its ok because its in pieces and I know I aced the oral part. History was easy, personality psyc gave me a headache but I think i did ok, semminar in child psyc was EZIEPEIELEMMONSQUEZIE. seriousley. was just a case studdy and the kid so had ADD and ODD and maby some condiuct disorder or at least the beginnings of it, and I bullshited for depression just because. >.>: I like case study exams to much.
But oh god, my Chinese final raped my face today, haha, and I spend days studying for it xD;
BUT YA. SIN IS OFFICIALLY A JR IN UNIVERSITY : D TAKE THAT BITCHES WHO THINK SIN WILL DROP OUT AND JOIN THE CIRCUS D<
