If you are not on this list and are caught using them without my, the Vice Captain, or the Captain Commander's approval, it will automatically be the equivilant to a 3rd offence in the respect rule. Meaning, you will be stripped of rank and recent ablilities. Second offence, your out.

Shikai- Unless specifically stated, application for shikai training can only be submitted if you are, Active, have been a member for at least a month or have proven yourself to be an exceptionaly talented RPer.

Vice Captain's start with shikai and Shunpo, no one else begins with those skills. (Unless I decide so and have approval)


Shunpo, same rules as shikai, however only 5th seat and up can definantly apply, I will occasionally pick out people whom I believe worthy of training in this technique.

Note, only the Captain and Vice have the athourity to train someone, however a high seated member can be appointed to the task. You'll never know whom is to be your teacher so be aware of that. I may possibly even request members of other squads to preform the training.
