I'd say badger, but it's a racoon. Badgers are more aggresive than racoons! Believe me, we had a den of badgers in our backyard. Not fun.

Tanuki, is kind of a raccoon/dog. because even though it is a dog more or less it kind of looks like a raccoon.

okay so hes a tanuki.... BUT THERE IS STILL NOTHING LIKE THAT IN THE DESERT!!!!!!!!! at least not the one im in... but there are SQUIRRELS!!!!!!!!!! LOTS AND LOTS OF SAND SQUIRRELS!!!!!!!!!!!
