i really want a nice adventurous medieval Final fantasy on the psp (either that or DQ..fur fawk sakes..)y'know..a REAL RPG?id love it if there were 'towns'
(hear that Square enix!?!?! TOWNS!!?)
caves,ruins,dungeons..villages..castles..stuff like that ^^ a very nice scenery..Chests laying in a few corners,behind trees,Fog.. A soundtrack that makes you feel like exploring, may it have a nice "lets explore this cave.." tone,an "whats this sinister feeling?",an "Hurry!! they're catching up!!" tone..a few myths in it...legends and mysteries.. uugghh im raving! xD
who thinks the same? O .o"

It would be awesome.
FFT has a medieval feel to everything mind you, but an RPG would be great too.
FF9 has a good medieval thing going on too now that I think about it; and so was .... 5? (was it? Cecil?)

Roscoe Reyes It would be awesome. FFT has a medieval feel to everything mind you, but an RPG would be great too. FF9 has a good medieval thing going on too now that I think about it; and so was .... 5? (was it? Cecil?) Cecil was 4. I like the FF9 style the best, the knights and swords and magic mixed with a steampunkish sort of thing.

Yeah I agree a medieval FF would be nice. Been quite a while since they made one. I guess they figure it's too old school nowadays... stare

arg... theres no "both" but i will be cool to have an "old school" FF version for the psp i have never played the ealier FF....

O .o" i agree so much!! square enix cant get it thru their damned skullz that we dont want futuristic in the game, we want games that r like DragnQuest8 (storywise and time era) but b a turnbased classic finalfantasy like 9(the only futuristic thing in FF9 was airships)

I agree that when comparing Mid Evil/Fantasy to Futuristic and Sci-Fi, I would rather have my next FF game be Mid Evil.
But what I would want to see more than that, I would love a FF game take place in a Renaissance time period. Like Europe between 1400-1600. The days of Leonardo Divinci and progress is just starting to happen.
