Welcome to the Third Division!
( Sanbantai ni Youkoso )
A woman with long red hair, a distinct ahoge, and shining violet eyes beckons you closer as you enter. Feeling a sense of comfort, you oblige.
"Welcome to Sanbantai," she greets you cheerfully with a pleasant smile. "I'm your taichou; the name is Hibiki Mikoto, you're free to call me 'Hibiki-taichou' or 'Mikoto-taichou'. Off duty, 'Miko' will do."
Sure enough, you smile and introduce yourself as well, earning another smile and a gentle touch on the shoulder from the woman.
"Before you get settled in, there are a few ground rules that I'd like to cover," she informs. "First:
1. Be respectful and follow the rules (( of the guild and Gaia's ToS )).
2. Mind your taichou. We can't have disrespectful subordinates here.
3. Don't mind the loads of Japanese around (( I'm learning the language and putting it to use... don't worry, there will be translations for the terms used; I won't completely confuse you )).
4. Don't forget to take a breather every now and again. Small breaks and naps refresh the mind and increase activity. Just... be sure not to rest while something important is going on, lest you face the wrath of the soutaichou... and myself.
Get it? Got it? Good!! Now, without further ado, welcome!"
