alright, multiple things, first of which its not hatching because you do not have enough overall views, unique views, and potentially clicks. the only eggs ive seen hatch with those stats were eggs that were almost dead, as in 1 hour left, and they had a bunch of overall views, (even if they dont play a part), and that brings me to my second point, put this egg in the er on this page and also into other er's like but not limited to

http://dragonnery.isgreat.org/index.php?rescue= and it should grow very quickly
