Being an Espada demands the same responsibility, leadership, and activity as a captain. However, it seems that the Espada seem a bit lax in their roles. So I believe we should re-evaluate their positions from Espada 2 through Espada 8.
Should we remove their positions and allow them to earn them back?
or
Should we allow them to keep their positions and just give them strict warnings?

I haven't seen them that active really. I vote for removal and earning back their positions.

I vote for removal of spot, excluding Order of course, and Titsumi, since he is the most active of the espada.

I agree totally, but we have to give them warnings first, because we could have another situation like what we had with Ingfire, and Shroud.....

To be honest, I'm pretty torn with both ideas. But judging from what they have done for their spots and overall activity, I choose this:
Espada 1: No need for warnings, is active now
Espada 2: Could use a warning, but is very active. Although godmods sometimes...
Espada 3: Rarely active... However did a very nice layout for the spot. I vote warning
Espada 4: Rarely active... And did crappy job for spot layout. Remove
Espada 5: Rarely active... Could've done more for the layout. Remove
Espada 6: Same. Remove
Espada 7: Still in process of voting. But maybe should start at a lower arrancar position until we are sure he is up for the position
Espada 8: Poop job... Remove.

I vote yes.
Sorry for not posting recently, been feeling like a therapist dealing with two suicides, but they were prevented. rolleyes
I managed to persuade them out of it, sending one to a therapist and the other just needed some kind words.

ummm, it would be unfair to take away my position. Im one of the most active in the guild. i havent been on in a while because of certain things that removed me from my home. Im trying to bounce back aswell. And ive even recruited two new espadas.

Im trying to bounce back aswell. And ive even recruited two new espadas. You do realize this topic is monthes old, and older than you've been an Epsada... right?...
