She could own such an item. It's not like she has to have only one dress. She just never bothers to change into anything (but a sweatsuit once in awhile) because she's a NEET who would rather spend her time trolling message boards and playing Age of Empires.
Heh, I don't think it's likely she'll own many dresses. Also, AoE is awesome.
