Lolita 23Q (少女-ロリヰタ-23区; Lolita Nijuusanku) is an oshare-kei band that originally started as a session band in late 2004. Frequently misunderstood as “Shoujo Lolita 23Q”, the “shoujo” is not pronounced. Their stylish look does not describe the music as it can get rough or heavy sometimes, but their music can be described as catchy or melodious. On October (2009) vocalist Sou left the band. It’s currently unknown if Lolita 23q will continue with a new vocalist, go on a hiatus, or just disband.
