1. Check out how to type in Japanese by visiting this link: http://www.autopenhosting.org/unicode/type-Japanese.html
2. Even if you know how to type in Japanese, check it out for a review.
3. If you plan on typing in Japanese AND English on posts, you may want to consider typing the English in white text, so that our eyes won't be drawn directly to the English, and we'll be able to only consult it when necessary. Makes practice easier in this forum.
4. 2 things that will get your posts deleted:
A) If the thread title says no English, then that thread will contain no Englsih. If you make a post in English, it will be deleted. It's for the advanced people here, so if you can't keep up, you're better off in another thread.
B) This is a little trickier. One of the main purposes of this forum is for practice. Mostly, we are learners, and I, for one, want to be corrected when I say something wrong / awkward. As a ground rule, please don't take offense when your Japanese is corrected by another. They mean well. On the other hand, flaming or making fun of novices will not be tolerated.
5) If it's a available, post a reference link for any news or cultural, as well as video links. This just makes navigation easier.
