is he a member of the irish "mafia" in america? cause u can't beat us in this, i'm italian and i'm sure that we have the largest number of famous bad people living in america!

wow, I can't believe this one hasn't been said, but despite the many British roles, Pierce Brosnan is very Irish and has his own Irish Film Company called Irish Dream Time.

another really great actor is Gabriel Byrne. He used to teach Gaelic at a Catholic school, before he became an actor.
