It's entirely easy to get a Shiny Pokemon with the right nature using the Masuda Method and everstones.
However, the chance of getting a shiny in that method is 1-in-2048. That would be difficult to do in 20 minutes.

I've never tried using a specific method to get shinys, I've only gotten them randomly or after doing soft resets for hours.

~i'll trade you a level 100 regigegas
i used a cheat to get it on lv 20 (from the fossil museum) because i didnt want to trade over my regis from sapphire
i trained it with the super experience gain from the ar which is still training just faster
~i would prefer a female and that should be easier to catch (breed) to because there is a 75% chance that a vulpix will be female
~cant you breed shinies with the dacare center changing the type of pokemon bey using a male shiny and a female of the desired breed

1 male charmander named sparky
1 ditto named sexmachine [it's his job]
and one male corpish named hitokiri.
i will give a groudon and my crabs [corpish and krabby] for them.
