"Because of that little tool." Apoxi said with a sly smile, showing the girl over to a device to measure her height. It wasn't as awkward as normal height and weight things you'd see in doctor's offices. Saar merely needed to stand on it and a little light went behind her to measure her exact height, weight and a few other details.
"You've grown a good bit. You should be proud."
"Now, let's go down this hall, shall we? You're going to have to take your dress off in that little room - you'll be swimming for a little while."

Saar nodded and followed the woman down the hall, wondering why she would need to go swimming. Of course she didn't mind, because she could show off how pretty her tail was now and really get some attention from the woman. So far, she got a lot of praise, so of course she wanted more. It was something she loved, and something that would never get old.
As soon as they got to the little room, the girl took off her dress without a thought. The woman was just like her mommy, and it wasn't an issue changing in front of other women if they were in an enclosed space. Also, Layla didn't seem to have too much of an issue, and of course the girl rubbed off on the child.
When she was down to the slip that covered her chest and her lower area, Saar turned and pulled a hand through her hair, waiting for her next instructions from Apoxi.

Apoxi had been rummaging in the store area of the room while Saar was changing and pulled out a swimming tank top for the girl to put on. "You don't need the bottoms since I'll be checking your tail, but here's a top just the same. You're a growing girl and you'll need to have it on, particularly if someone walks by while you're in the pool." she explained.
The pool itself was neat and ready for people. Cerrein was even seated by the edge. "Hey sweetie!" she called, waving frantically.
"She'll be helping me check your tail for injuries or problems."
