Episode 3
Twice every year, a test called the The Chuunin Exams held. This is the exam you must pass if you are to become a Middle Ninja, a chuunin. It's a 3 part test, and held for lower ninjas from any village. If you wish to enter you must attain a total of 28 MP (Mission Points) in order to qualify, as well as take a preliminary test. These preliminary tests shall be given a week before the chuunin exams commence.
The Chuunin Exams hold participants from, not just one village, but any village which a ninja qualified to enter. They are held in different villages each time, and because of convenience purposes, usually end up with mostly ninjas from the village hosting the Chuunin Exams.
These Exams also happen to have another purpose. Because people come from across the globe to watch the final test of the exams, they'll get to see ninjas from your village fight. After taking this into consideration, next time they happen to need a job done, they'll be much more likely to go to the village with the good fighting ninjas for the job, than the village with the bad fighting ninjas. Which means, these exams can be very good for business.
In order to qualify, one must attain a total of 28 MP. To attain mission points, one simply completes a certain ranked mission posted in the village. The ranking goes as followed:
E= 1 mp
D= 2 mp
C= 4 mp
B= 8 mp
A= 16 mp
S= 40 mp
You MUST complete at least one C-ranked mission or higher, so even if you have 28 points from doing 14 D-ranked missions you need to do a C-rank as well.
But as a special bonus, and to promote working in squads, missions that require a certain number of posts are cut down by the amount of people performing the mission.
For example: Lance and Zane decide to do a mission together, so they simply look at the mission board because they are not required to be assigned missions, just look at the board and perform it.
4. Picking Weeds
Mission Rank: D
Information: A client needs his/her weeds picked but she/he doesn't have enough time to do it. He/She ordered shinobi to do the job for her
How-To-Do: Post atleast 4 times on what you picked, weeds or anything else.
The post requirement is 4, so Zane posts, Lance posts, Zane posts again, Lance posts one final time and the mission is complete. So by working with a second person, the posting gets cut in half and both people still get the full amount of mission points! Simple isn't it? So feel free to work with no more than 3 people per mission.
