I want women's opinions on men's hairstyles, GO. I want to know what looks good on guys with short hair, long hair, w/e.

First off these are gonna be generalisations and there will always be exceptions. The most important thing is that the haircut suits you, and you know how to work it.

In general, classic hairstyles are good. Stay classy.

Also, I prefer hair that looks soft and touchable. If your hair looks like it could stab someone, you have done something wrong.

For short hair, do not just gel straight upwards. Hair tends to look better when kind of half up, and towards one side. Do not overuse gel either, you gotta keep it looking like you just naturally sweeped through your hair. Your general hair shape should be round (but not bulbous) rather than like a stiff brush.

For medium hair, keep it looking like it has volume. Flat dead hair is unattractive on both guys and girls. Generally, this means sweeping slightly upwards and outwards.

For long hair, grease is your enemy. Why is that I see so many guys with long hair also have greasy hair? Keep it well maintained and looking lush. There is no excuse.

Avoid:
Any kind of short hair where you shaved some kind of pattern into it. Like those kids with the Nike tick on their head. What are you, 10 years old? Seriously what is up with that. This = Douchebag

It all really depends on the size and shape of your dome-piece.

Travis~ Post clear pictures of your hairstyle/head in general.
This will help us decipher what kind of style may look good on you!
Also, try and describe your methods of washing: do you shampoo often? Not too often? Condition?
Also, your texture: is it thick and curly? Thin and straight?
Does it get oily quickly?
We think all of these are important when considering a haircut that will be easy to maintain and look good at the same time! :3

Hot hair in my opinion is hair that is swooped up at the front (but not too much gel or anything gross).
Short, classic hair like this is also good.

nom.

I hate when guys shave their head completely. Ick!
I dislike long hair with a passion. Gross. But Decoy's hair I don't mind.

Hate these mushroom cuts. Also reminds me of Damien's old hair lololl.

Medium/shoulder length hair looks good if you have a round face. I'm not a fan of short hair.

Just make sure it is clean, not greasy, and soft. So, shampoo and conditioner. Even generic .50 cent store brand. I honestly can't tell the difference. xD

I don't do anything with my hair beyond making sure it's clean, not greasy, and soft, so why should you?

SUPER short hair like anything less than a buzz cut is lame.
Unless you have an amazingly even scalp with really good skin, pulling it off is rare.

I like faux hawks if they look natural rather than an axe on the back of your head lol.

I don't curly hair that's greasy, or just w/ so much gel it looks greasy. Curly hair is complicated, there needs to be some sort of layering going on and it has to have a good cut. Long natural curly hair can even look exotic, I don't know how else to put it. =|.
User Image Not my favorite.
Well I am tired of putting anymore image examples.
I will leave on the note that I think Murderface and Pickles' hairstyles would be horried irl.

xD I sometimes like those.
Once there was a guy with a lightning bolt, and his friend had a stripe off cheetah print dyed into his hair somehow. I thought it was AWESOME.

I'll do that when I get home today.

as to answer the questions: I shampoo once to twice a day just using this generic dandruff shampoo, and then I use conditioner. It's thin and straight, 'cept in the back if I let it get too long it starts curling (and I haaaaate that so I try to keep it shorter back there).

and. yeah. it gets oily relatively fast.

THANKS GOIS~

Streets is right, my old hair was miserable. I ended up shaving it all off because it was stuck in that in-between state from short to long.

I like it where it is right now, about an inch and a half long.
I think short hair works best on guys that are short and bulky (I hate to admit it but I have a broad and stocky body structure), medium hair works tall (6ft+) and built, and long hair works best on slender body types, regardless of the height.

Seriously, I used to have long hair, and I kept it pretty well, but I started bulking up and getting broad in the shoulders and it stopped framing my face and I started looking kind of goofy.
