Wolf jumped back a couple inches. 'What the hell was that?!' He tried to pull out the object, and succeeded, only to find he didn't recognize it. He tossed it, underhanded, back to the teacher as not to hurt her, but to return it.

~catching it she put it back in the box before placing the box on the ground, she then jumped foreward landing on the centre of 14 poles sticking from the ground in a half moon shape. she turned to him and said~
meditation, a key part of our training, to controal a sword spirit in its materialised form requires a certern degree of controal with your reitsu, knowing when and where to mass it
~jumpingback onto the floor she picked up a few objects in thebox, some were shaped like kunai, shuriken, and various other sharp pointed objects~
these blades and knifes are created to be repelled by a sufficient spiritual force, however the force required to repell one requires concentration and determination.
~as she said this her hand became wraped in a thick dark purple reitsu as the objets in her hand started to float upwards~
your role here will be to stand atop the centre pole while i randomly throw things at you, you will need to mass your reitsu to whatever area of your body the blade or knife is aimed at, this will deflect it, and before you think of keeping your reitsu at max all over your body, that will not be suficient enough to repel the objects, focus on the area its going for and you should be fine.

Wolf looked at the pole and jumped up, flipping once in the air for artistic flair, and landed lightly on his tiptoes on top of the pole. 'Whenever you're ready. My reflexes are limber, my reiatsu's primed, and I'm ready to go!' He smiled and bowed overdramatically, flashing a hasty smile at his teacher.

~as he lept onto the pole she pulled out a sharp kunai knife, throwing it towards him she aimd for his left leg just above the knee~

Wolf looked at the knife coming towards him. It looked like it was going somewhere around his groin. 'What the hell!?' He focused his energy around his upper legs to stop the knife.
