Seireirei Bioenergy Regulator
Located high above the Seireitei's main tower, is the Bioenergy Regulator Machine. It stands ontop of the highest tower in Squad 1 Barracks. This Machine is just for regulating the normal flow of energy into the Seireitei which allows power to flow threw the Barracks of every Squad. At the highest point to the High Tower is a room. The room is very long and has two chairs that hold two scientists that watch and test the energies polarities all day. They are in charge of controlling the positive and negative charges to the machine.
(In the image) There is a large half circle platform that emitts a swarming pink swirl of energy. This energy is very powerful and if not treated and taken care of it can explode. The four tall bars around the platform is made to release negitively charged particles to the positively charged energy that swirls.
This is a very important machine in the Seiretei.
