Human World
...after the war, we lost it all...
After the Great Ash War the Human World suffered much because of it. Soul Society collided with the Time Rouges here and completely destroyed it. The great attempt at killing the Rouges failed and almost all the human population died from the onslaught because the Human couldn't be transported in time. What's left is a miracle, and also very sad. Cities lay in shambles, buildings crumbled from Zanpakuto abilities, homes completely smased, bones buried in the soil from all of the deaths, waters flowing into the streets where dames broke from reaitsu pressure, etc.
Streets lay cracked and split open from the explosions shock. There are still power plants that work some. Since the Human World was advanced, many taller buildings are nearly gone from the impact of Zanapkuto attacks, but some have computers that work, and other things. There are not many humans left in the Human World, and those who are alive are scavengers.
Hollows run freely here.
All that is left is a sorrowful memory of a war...
...that we caused...
