I found this on Jayski, and their source is FOX news, so take it for what it's worth. It wouldn't suprise me if it were true though, though Kurt Busch leaving Penske would be a bit of a shock.
Updated Apr 20, 2010 9:45 PM ET DETROIT A major NASCAR sponsor is trading places in 2011.
Shell-Pennzoil, which has been a primary sponsor of Richard Childress Racing since 2007, is leaving the team at the end of the year to sponsor Kurt Busch at Penske Racing.
Busch, the 2004 Cup Series champion, will drive the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Dodge in 2011. He was set to become a prized free agent at the end of the season, but this deal ensures he will stay at Penske beyond 2010.
As a result, Busch will vacate the No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge. Sources told FOXSports.com that one scenario mentioned has Brad Keselowski moving into the vacant ride.
The multi-year deal for Shell-Pennzoil also includes associate sponsorship on Penske’s three-car IZOD IndyCar Series team. It also creates a business-to-business relationship with both Penske Automotive Group and Dodge. PAG is the second-largest publicly traded retailer in the U.S. and operates 316 retail automotive franchises.
Shell made its debut on Kevin Harvick’s No. 29 Chevrolet for the 2007 Daytona 500, which Harvick went on to win. During the sponsor’s association with RCR, Harvick qualified for the Chase for the Sprint Cup twice and is on pace to reach the postseason again, as he’s currently fourth in the standings.
Childress said this past weekend at Texas Motor Speedway he hopes to re-sign Harvick sometime this week. Certainly, driver plans must be solidified before the organization courts new sponsors for the No. 29 team.

With the state of GM and Chrysler, I doubt either will be doing any significant sponsorship anytime soon.

I hink he is stuck now..HE wont leave Chevy that much I can tell you. So that limits him to RCR and SHR... DEI won't deal with him after he bashed them when jr was leaving.. and I doubt he would go.Hendrick is full till Jeff retires or Jr gets the boot.

The only way would be if he brings his team to cup or Jr brings his team to cup.

Lol but this isn't Christmas... more like passover... as for Jr moving up to cup...he really is frustrated with the structure of his NNS team..I highly doubt him moving up that team..as for KHR.well..maybe... stare

Well I think Harvick should just go to SHR.. Those three drivers are so similar and it would make that team that much better.
