Off the top of my head...
Skills, of course.
Meteor = Astra
Sun Sword = Sol
Moon Sword = Luna
Wrath = Wrath
Ambush = Vantage... sort of
Elite = Paragon
Awareness = Nihil
Continue = Adept
They also both have support units that can refresh more than one person at a time and are capable of attacking (Herons can use the magic cards)
And Leadership Stars exist in both worlds, also. As does the Knight Ring.
Both worlds also have all characters possessing both a Magic and Strength stat.
Canto, of course.
And the same trinity of magic.
And flying healers and healers who can use swords in general (Mist-Lachesis)
And ridiculously broken weapons available to you before the end of the game, too.
Surely there's more.
