Just thinking it could be nice...
Tho it would mean one more play to get all achievements...(Gotta love dA:O for that...can bang 3 out of 4 character in your first playtrough...lol)
Bioware sadly will not support much Mass Effect 2 I fear, tho...

No, you can't romance Kasumi. (the reason is because story wise she had a lover but he was murdered by the guy you have to help her steal the graybox from. Once you finish her loyalty mission, you find out that she still greatly loves her former partner.)

Lol what if some of the romance options ended that way? Another crew member ends up getting them instead, or they're already taken but really seems to want Shepard.

Oh yeah she's worth it. He loyalty mission is the best, you get a super kicking SMG, a fancy outfit you can wear on the Normandy (dress for Fem Shep, tux for Male Shep), a new area in the Normandy that includes a frickin' bar, and Kasumi is such a lovable character. So much better than Zadeed.

I love that SMG, I barely ever used the SMGs unless I was out of everything else, but that weapon is my first choice with SMG-friendly characters now. It has got some good range to it. Something about it feels extra "shooting game" to me.

I'd love to romance Kasumi, but it's pretty obvious that shes still very attached to Kenji. And I don't think Shepard can change that (or should try).
