 Tiptoeing slightly to reach the small hole, in which Mignon had to crawl under later, Mignon quaintly sprang unto the ground from the Tree Branch, and landed on her Feet, as if she were a Cat. With her short Pink Shorts, and long sleeved Hoodie, both Warmth and Cool were balanced inside her. Neither could ever really conquer the other, for the Thicket was a place of True Majic, where the Old Spells were sung, and the thick blankets of Moss and Grass never rotted and left. The thick smells of Honey suckle and Vanilla hung in the air, as if a Blanket of Fog drifted over the Thicket. Only those Pure, and Light-Hearted, could see the Thicket for it's true Nature, and Delightful presence among the ordinary Trees. Mignon had a few mishaps with a Branch before she reached the Thicket, so her light Violet hair was messy, and a bit tangled. "Oh, if only I had brought a few things with me...I wouldn't have come without them if I knew I'd run off like I did..." Conversation among herself was quite the Norm for her, as she rarely had anyone to talk to, other than the Maid that helped her walk around her own house(which to most, would seem like Mansion). Finding a nice, thick patch of Moss, Mignon sat herself down, and excitingly watched as the Flowers around her, glowed as they did in her Garden. Her Ooo's and Ahh's were perfectly in sync with the Flowers, for they danced around her as little Ballet Prima Donnas. For the first time, ever since her Birth, Mignon could enjoy the fresh air, and the sweet smell of the dew on the grass.

Alena quietly shuddered to herself. Had she really just....no....no....don't think about it!
Shutting her eyes, her arms folded accross her chest, Alena took several more steps, with absolutly no idea where she was going.
When she atlast opened her eyes....
"Where the heck am I?"
Her bright green eyes turned twords a young woman, apparently resting. "Excuse....." She began, before gently rubbing her head. That was....odd. Her head didn't hurt persay....but it felt like pressure had built up behind her forehead.
Not that she could see it, but the tiny lock of silver-pink hair above her ear sparkled ever so slightly.

"Oh!" Mignon looked up at the young Woman standing before her. As a Human, she hadn't been released to the many Creatures that roamed only a few meters away from her house. Frankly, the Cat-Ears this Woman sported didn't phase her in the least bit. "Hello, nice to meet you." She smiled brightly. "My name's Mignon Hayashi. What's yours?" Even by her Family, she was always told she was the Perkiest in the bunch. Not that she minded though. Better to be Perky than Gloomy, right?

"Huh? Oh!" Alena said, snapping back to reality. "I'm Alena....and I'm lost." the Anthro-Cat replied, laughing nervously as she sat down beside ...Mignon?, her legs crossed "Its nice to meet you Mignon."
With a smile, Alena sat back, supporting herself with her hands, her tail curling around her, as she gazed at the clouds. Huh.....it was quite a peaceful afternoon....

"I'm kinda lost too...But I have a Guide to help me! See...I don't know if She's really there or not...but I know She's here to help me..." Mignon smiled carelessly, not knowing who she was really talking about. "So, why do you look so Gloomy, Alena?"

"She?" Alena asked, tilting her head a bit in genuine curiosity. Then Mignon asked THAT question....
"A couple reasons.....I...my sis...er....best friend....died." She said, her gaze lowered to the ground. "We were like sisters....though not physically related....you know how it is...." Alena continued, not realizing that Mignon probably DIDN'T get it. She sighed, crossing her arms infront of her, and hugging her arms together.

"Ohh...I see..." Mignon's smile faded a little, but didn't completely dimmer out. After a miniature moment of silence, Mignon propped herself back, so that she could gaze at the hazy twilight above. "I don't think that your Friend would be to happy if you sulked around like this. If anything, she'd be down right sad that your moping over her moving forward. Maybe she's looking down at you right now, trying to make you smile again. I bet your smile is pretty too." She giggled slightly, and crossed her feet over one another. her white sandals were a little bit dirty, but she didn't care. They could be washed. "What was her name, anyways?"

"Yeah....I know." Alena said, shaking her head. "I've been trying....but its hard........I miss her....Mitsuki..."
Alena stifled the tears that threatened to fall from her eyes, wiping them from her eyes with her bare arms.
"I miss her so much...."

Looking up at Alena, Mignon sighed, and wrapped an arm around her. "It's ok, don't worry. I'm sure Mitsuki misses you too." Her cheery voice was trying to penetrate Alena's Gloomy atmosphere.

Leaving the sleeping Alena in the Thicket, Mignon quietly stalked into the Night, Entering the Hole in the Thicket.
